Returns & Refunds
AWARENESS SERVICES PTY LTD (ACN 671 588 800, ABN 38 671 588 800), GST registered since 20 Sep 2023 (ABN Lookup). NSW, Australia. Contact health@awareness-services.com. A purchase through a retailer link is a purchase from that retailer. This shop does not take that payment.
Nothing on this page excludes the Australian Consumer Law. If the goods have a major failure, you can reject them and choose a refund or a replacement from the seller. If the failure is minor, the seller can repair the goods, replace them, or refund you. A repair, a replacement or a refund for a failure is a consumer guarantee.
Change of mind: this shop does not offer a change-of-mind refund, because it does not take the payment. A change-of-mind return is up to the retailer. That does not limit a consumer guarantee.
Email health@awareness-services.com if a link on this shop is wrong. We cannot refund a payment we did not take. A message to us does not replace a consumer guarantee against the seller.
The shop is for people in Australia only. International withdrawal rights, including an EU 14-day right, are not offered here.
